1. Why is it important to service my vehicle at Golden Mile Chrysler?

Our service technicians are manufacturer trained. They are specialized in working on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram vehicles and are trained thoroughly on new and existing models. Bringing your vehicle to our service department ensures that we can check all previous records pertaining to your vehicle to keep your regularly scheduled maintenance up to date.


2. What's the cost of an oil change?

Oil change cost varies depending on the type of oil you use in your vehicle. Typically, basic oil changes start at $59.95 + tax - HEMI oil changes start at $84.95 + tax.


3. How do I get to and from work after I bring you my vehicle?

We offer both loaner vehicles, and complimentary shuttle drop-offs/pick-ups. Please note loaner vehicles are limited and we offer them at a first come first serve basis. Our shuttle drivers can drop off and pick you up within reasonable proximity of our facility.


4. What is the point of a tire rotation?

Tire rotations prolong the life of your tires by ensuring even wear. Without a tire rotation, you may have more tread of your back tires and limited tread on your front tires-causing premature wear. Additionally, when your tires are rotated, our factory-trained technicians will be able to check the conditions of your brakes and suspension components. This is important not only for your safety but for the safety of your occupants.


5. How long will it take to service my vehicle?

Your service advisor will give you an estimate of the time it will take depending on your services needed when you book your appointments. A regular service (oil change, tire rotation, and peace of mind inspection) should take approximately an hour if scheduled ahead of time.


6. How will I know when my vehicle is done being serviced?

Our Service Advisor will call you with the status updates during your maintenance service. Your Service Advisor will also notify you once your services are complete.


7. Do you service off-make vehicles?

Yes, we service all makes and models. Please call our service department to make arrangements.


8. How long is my basic warranty?

Usually Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' (FCA) basic warranty coverage is for 3 years or 60,000KM - whichever comes first. Please call our service department, our staff will be happy to further discuss our warranty coverage.


9. Are you open on the weekend? Do I need to book an appointment for the weekend?

Yes, we are open Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. We would recommend you always schedule an appointment ahead of time - that way we can insure proper arrangements for your vehicle prior to your arrival.


10. I lost my key. What do I do?

Contact our service department to ensure that we can have your replacement keys/fob in stock. You must bring in your vehicle with any remaining keys that belong to the vehicle so we can program all sets of keys to your vehicle. If in any case you do not have any other keys to your vehicle, you will need to tow in your vehicle and provide proof of ownership.
